Dr Renata Buziak is a biochrome artist, researcher, educator, and ECO Harmony Guide, passionate about physically engaging nature and organic processes in her interdisciplinary practice, and helping people reconnect with the natural world.

Renata’s recent PhD (QCA, Griffith University) focused on Australian native medicinal plants in consultations with Quandamooka community members on Minjerribah/North Stradbroke Island. Other projects include healing plants of her native Poland, Granite Belt wildflowers, and bush tucker of BigCi (Bilpin international ground for Creative initiatives, Blue Mountains). Her work has been exhibited in solo and group exhibitions, nationally and internationally, received art awards, and features in private and public collections.

For the last 15 years Renata has worked with homeowners, business owners and leaders to improve the experience of their spaces and people’s well-being, through art-science and ECO Harmony Blueprint.

Based in Brisbane, she has held teaching positions at Griffith University, Queensland University of Technology (QUT) and University of the Sunshine Coast (USC).
