T H E     S T O R E   | HAMPER ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

These Hamper Additional Terms and Conditions apply to purchases of Hampers from THE   STORE  online, and are in addition to THE   STORE  Terms and Conditions.

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before purchasing our Wigilia Hampers and/or Christmas Day Hampers.

PURCHASING

Wigilia and Christmas Hampers are only available in Sydney, NSW, Australia.

PolArt Sydney 2022 Inc uses WooCommerce Payments for online payments to purchase our Wigilia and Christmas Hampers. When providing your credit card details, you agree that you are authorised to use that card and it must have sufficient funds to cover your purchase.

When you order from us, we will require you to provide personal details such as your name, home address, email address, phone number, credit card details and the address for delivery. We take extreme care with this information and never forward on or sell your details to any third parties ever.

Orders will not be available for pick up (or delivery) until payment is received by PolArt Sydney 2022 Inc.

PICK UP

Hampers will be available for pick up on the afternoon of Wednesday 22 December between 3pm and 7pm. Pick up locations will be at Pratten Park Bowling Club, 42 Arthur Street, Ashfield and White Eagle Polish Hall, Cnr Bareena Street & West Street, Canley Vale. Please order the Hamper that specifies your intended pick up location. Hampers ordered for pick up can only be picked up at the location specified on the ordered product.

DELIVERY

There will be a charge of $20 for delivery added at the checkout if you select a Sydney Metro Delivery Hamper product. It is your responsibility to provide accurate and detailed information for the correct delivery of your Hamper. PolArt Sydney 2022 Inc takes no responsibility for information given incorrectly. Incorrect information can result in a delay of your delivery. No deliveries to business addresses.

Orders must be received by Thursday 9 December 5pm. Pick up or delivery will take place on Wednesday 22 December between 3pm and 7pm. Someone must be at home as deliveries will not be left at the door due to health and safety reasons and frozen products are part of the hamper. Please note that we can not guarantee a specific time.

REFUNDS

If delivery cannot be made due to Covid 19 restrictions, a full refund will be made to the credit card that the purchase was made on.

If delivery cannot be made due to incorrect address or nobody being present to accept delivery, only a partial refund will be given less the $20 cost of delivery.

PolArt Sydney 2022 Inc does not refund for change of mind.

PRODUCT IMAGES

For photographic purposes some items have been featured. Unless the item is listed as included in the Hamper, it is not included.

Food products provided by PolArt Sydney 2022 Inc in our hamper are labelled with possible allergen-containing ingredients. Please read the labels before consuming. Note that common allegens including dairy, gluten, nuts and eggs may be present.
