AVAILABILITY OF ITEMS
All items listed for sale are subject to availability.
Should any item, or items in your order become unavailable prior to fulfillment, you will be contacted and offered an exchange or refund.
SIZING AND PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS
Sizing and dimensions are provided as a guide only. Please note that the colour of goods as shown on the website may vary slightly in real life.
Art works on sale are hand-crafted, unique and one-of-a-kind objects. They are not machine-manufactured, quality-controlled consumer products. By purchasing an art work you accept that minor imperfections are inherent to the item.
Art works are intended for display only, not for any particular functional usage. By purchasing an art work you accept that the item cannot be relied upon for any function beyond stationary display indoors.
Should you require additional information about an item that is not included in the product description on our website, please contact us.
Any data, including personal details such as name and address, provided by you must be correct. If you identify an error once submitted, it is your responsibility to contact PolArt directly to advise of any errors. Corrections can only be made if the order has not been dispatched. PolArt shall not be liable for any loss resulting from your failure to provide the correct delivery address or any other personal information.
When providing your credit card details, you agree that you are authorised to use that card and it must have sufficient funds to cover your purchase.
Should you wish to amend or cancel an order please contact THE STORE as soon as possible. We are unable to amend or cancel orders once they have been dispatched.
THE STORE reserves the right to cancel orders we suspect to be fraudulent.
All prices are in Australian dollars.
Prices are subject to change without notice, however you will only pay the price that is advertised for the item at the time you place your order.
All published prices on THE STORE website do not include Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST) as PolArt Sydney 2022 Inc is not registered for GST.
Domestic shipping within Australia is included in the final price quoted at the Checkout. Art works include their shipping fees in the advertised item price. All other items do not include shipping fees in the advertised price and shipping fees are automatically added and displayed in the Checkout prior to order submission.
THE STORE only ships to Australian addresses.
Orders will be dispatched within 3-5 business days of purchase.
All items are sent via Australia Post. A confirmation email and an Australia Post tracking number will be sent within a day following dispatch.
Please allow at least 3-7 days for delivery and note this may be substantially increased due to factors outside the control of THE STORE, such as COVID-19-related delays and industrial action.
THE STORE is not responsible for delays incurred or failure to deliver due to incorrectly supplied contact details, or for failure to collect items from the Post Office.
THE STORE does not accept international orders and does not deliver outside of Australia.
THE STORE may need to cancel your order if an item is unavailable or if there is an error in the price or description of the item, or in the order. Before doing so, we will notify you and upon cancellation will promptly refund your payment.
Please note that we are unable to cancel or amend orders after they have been dispatched.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Please choose carefully as THE STORE does not offer refunds for change of mind purchases.
If there is a fault with your order please contact THE STORE within 14 days of delivery. You will need to provide electronic photos of the item(s) you purchased evidencing the issue with the item(s).
If after you contact THE STORE an agreement is reached for a refund or exchange, you are responsible for returning the product to the THE STORE via the Australian address you will be provided. Return addresses are only provided once a refund or exchange is agreed as the destination depends on the fulfilment partner. Returned stock must include proof of purchase and arrive in its original condition, complete with any packaging and price tags. Once received we will issue a refund back to your original payment method.
